SportSheets Bed Cover

The SportSheets system includes a soft, velvet-like fitted bed cover made with tow adjustable heavy duty nylon straps and a drawstring to secure your SportSheets to your King or Queen sized mattress. SportSheets are machine washable and dryer safe.

SportSheets Velcro Anchor Pads and Cuffs

The Anchor Pads are created with a nylon center, nylon strap and a super strong Velcro base. The Anchor Pads stick to the SportSheets bed cover and can be released by simply lifting the Anchor Pads at one corner and peeling them off.

Sportcuffs

Soft, yet strong Sportcuffs are made of a heavy-duty nylon strap with Neoprene backing and Velcro closure. Completely adjustable, Sportcuffs can be worn as a comfortable collar or thigh cuff.

The "Sticky" Story Behind SportSheets

The oft-heard workaholic's lament, "honey, I'll be tied up at the office," takes on redefined significance in the person of a highly unusual product on the fantasy/bondage/restraint market called SportSheets.

SportSheets puts a whole new spin on one of pop culture's favorite universal fastening materials - Velcro

The propensity of Velcro to adhere for dear life like a life insurance salesman to a prospect, is the brainstorm behind the formation of SportSheets International, Inc., a California-based company which, as bizarre as it sounds, owes it's inception to the David Letterman Show.

The famous Letterman skit featuring a guy in a fuzzy suit bouncing off a trampoline onto a Velcro wall is what basically inspired company president Tom Stewart to see if a similar concept had any merit in the bedroom. In other words, Stewart (and friends) wondered if it would be just as a universally cool idea to adhere one's girlfriend (or boyfriend) to a stick-um surface with little or no chance for escape.

Enough positive feedback told Stewart, a former commuter airline pilot, that it was a cool enough marketing idea to warrant bailing out of the cockpit to devote his life to Velcro.

Through trial and error, Stewart discovered what he calls, "the most tenacious substance I have ever come across in the world of fasteners." Then, together with his brother, Stewart came up with a concept that would take a more compatible material and interface the two of them, the results of which is a complete line of fantasy restraint products. These products are considered to be the best in the bondage business. The SportSheets products have a proven durability factor well subscribed to by thousands of satisfied customers.

Stewart began test marketing his brainchild at various swingers', sexual lifestyles and other liberated-type conventions to discover that SportSheets was an instant hit among the Indiana Jones' of the bondage set.

"As long as it was playful, consensual and failsafe, people told me this would go over big," Stewart said.

With recognition that now extends beyond esoteric sexual gatherings to the mainstream thanks to national media exposure, SportSheets has developed name recognition with a complete line of accessories.

The basic SportSheets package consists of a fitted bottom sheet available for King & Queen sized beds, four Velcro anchor pads, and four soft Sportcuffs (adjustable for wrists and ankles) which clip to the pads. The resourcefulness of this package allows adventurous couples to explore the terrain of restraint without getting stuck in a ditch of second thought.
